Blood Pressure

Cardiovascular stress and efficiency marker. When this number drops, your heart, arteries
and entire performance system operate with less internal friction. Lower blood pressure
equals longer life, better recovery, and a body that functions efficiently instead of fighting
itself.

Resting Heart Rate

Your biological idle speed. The lower it is, the more resilient, efficient and stress-tolerant your
body becomes. Also tracked under Cardiovascular Capacity — one of the most important
dual-category indicators.

Waist-to-Height Ratio

The fastest way to expose visceral fat and metabolic dysfunction. This marker reveals
internal metabolic aging. Improving this ratio immediately reduces disease risk and improves
hormonal balance.

Grip Strength

One of the strongest predictors of biological age. When your grip strength rises, your

Daily Step Count

Your real-world activity signature. This marker reveals how much you actually move outside
structured training. Hitting 7,000–10,000 steps daily is consistently linked to lower mortality,

Resting Heart Rate
